At ClearTVHot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps to take to return or exchange your products and request a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Period: You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note that certain products, such as clearance items, personalized items, or gift cards, may not be eligible for return or refund. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@cleartvhot.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
  • Shipping the Return: After receiving your RMA number, carefully package your item(s) and ship them back to the address provided. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Please note that items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in processing your order.
  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied for returned items.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a credit and allow you to place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@cleartvhot.net. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional charge, or
  • Issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • Opened software, DVDs, or video products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

7. International Returns

For international orders, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the returned item is marked as a return to avoid additional customs charges. Refunds for international orders will be processed in the same manner as domestic returns, but please allow additional time for the return and processing.
